A flawless executive design for the exhibition “Renaissance in Florence”, designed by Fabio Rotella for the largest and most visited museum complex in the world: the National Museum of China in Tiananmen Square. The technological and emotional core of the entire project is the Narrative Room. A cylindrical area with a strong educational vocation, lightened scenes moving on the walls and a synchro soundtrack make a simple visit become a multisensory and captivating experience. Due to safety reason it was impossible to assemble the structure inside the museum using standard workshop equipments, the solution was to design a modular structure pre assembled in a factory located in Beijing’s surroundings and delivered in an adventurous night transportation.
